About Oxfam East Asia Photo Contest This is the first of the series of online photo competition among Oxfam's staff in East Asia. The competition will be held every 3 months, starting from December '09 to December '10. The theme for December 09-Feb 10 is 'Oxfam in Action'. The winning photographs will be announced in Connections, March '10 issue. Top 3 winners will get a Flip video camera (for your personal use!) as a prize!!
