Important: We're asking members to help slay the multiple invite garland dragon! Our time-strapped admins would really appreciate help. "Garlands" of multiple invites given by one person can detract from the art and increase the time needed to check the pool. Thus, OSG will no longer accept any image that has received more than two invites from the same person. We can all help end this trend by asking contacts to not invite our photos to more than two groups at a time, thanks!


Warning! As a few people often send uninvited shots, and as we often see invited shots that are not outstanding, the admins of Outstanding Shots have decided to add a moderation queue and to change the rules. To ensure that the quality of the images is maintained, the admins reserve the right to remove invited photos if they are inappropriate for the goals of the group. Hopefully these steps will improve the quality of photos in the group for all of us to enjoy!


We ask everyone to not invite more than three photos per day. Thanks!

RULES:

1) Before posting you must receive an award and a fave from a member already in our pool! It looks like this

Outstanding Shot! Please add this to our pool!(Pending administrative review)
(Join Outstanding Shot group and give awards!)
Please add "Outstanding Shots" tag to your photo


2) COMMENT

For each award you receive, you have to comment at least one of the photos in the pool and award it with the following code (copy & paste it):
