About Out and about in the rain
Richel (Palo_Gurl) and myself established this group for all those who love being out and about in the rain, whether rugging up in your rainwear for the occasion or simply getting wet.... that is, this group celebrates having fun when it's wet, instead of hiding indoors!
In short, this group is for anybody who loves pulling their raincoat on, and going out for a walk in the rain, whether with your partner, friends, hiking or simply walking the dog!
There is a certain, cold beauty that rainy days possess; perhaps it's the constant greyness, or the shine of water on the road, footpath or trees?
It's also fun listening to the "pitter-patter" of rain on your raincoat or umbrella; it's a sound which only those who regularly rug up for a wet day are capable of appreciating.
There's no real rules other than the requirement that you (or your partner, friends or anybody you photograph) appear in the photo and it ALSO must be raining, or only just stopped raining.
