About Our First Car

I created this group as a place for us to collect pictures of our first cars. For most of us our first car is a pretty emotional memory. Either good or bad. And a lot of us have at least a couple of pretty nice pictures of those first cars. I have limited it to 3 pictures, so pick your best ones. But don't worry we're not picky.
Try to put a little description with the picture.
My first car was a $300 1973 Ford Gran Torino Sport that I bought when I was 17. It had a 351 cubic inch Windsor engine and a 4 barrel carb and went like stink! I used it for two years doing road trips and camping trips to the New Hampshire coast, all over eastern ontario and Quebec. I used to race it on the highway against my friends and although it was slow on take off it was always the fastest car in the end with a top speed of 120 miles an hour. It was really cool and really ugly. After two years it had rusted out bad and I sold it for $50 to a scrap yard.
