Operation Smile is a charity event treating facial deformities such as cleft lips and cleft palates all around the world. This group is for supporting members! You could talk about the charity in your decription to let me know that you are a 100% supporter. If you don't care about this event then please, don't add any photos. You do not need to donate money here! But if you wish to then go to their main website below! I joined the Operation Smile group in my school and this group on Flickr is to get more supporters and spread the word about the charity! So please, help us out and tell your friends! :D
