According to the OpenTech 2009 website: "Open Tech 2009 is an informal, low cost, one-day conference on slightly different approaches to technology, democracy and community."

OpenTech came out of the community based around the late lamented newsletter called Need To Know

This group is for photos from any and all conferences in the OpenTech series.
