About One Weekly

Each week, the group hosts a different challenge, with the subject decided and published by the group admins. In principle there are no constraints on what the subject can be. This is not a contest, there will be no winners and no losers. The purpose of the group is to challenge the members with the hope of boosting their creativity and sense of observation, and make life more funny.

Group members are encouraged -- but not obliged! -- to submit a photo for each challenge, and at most one photo will be accepted for any particular challenge. Only the first photo will be considered for publication, subsequent submissions on the same subject will be rejected.

Any techniques at any stage of producing the submitted photography -- capture, processing -- are allowed. The photo may, but does not have to, have a description. The only requirement is that the submissions fit the subject; if the relevance is not immediately clear from the image itself, the authors are kindly asked to provide a textual explanation. The title of the submitted material must be identical with the week's challenge.
