About Old Pictures of Bloomington, IN

This site features old photos and pictures of Bloomington, IN. I love Bloomington and enjoy watching it change. My memory is fading and I always have trouble remembering which building was there before. So I started snapping pictures, mainly of downtown Bloomington as it grows and changes. This group is mainly vintage pictures of Bloomington, but I hope to have a couple different series eventually. As I searched online, I came up with very few vintage pictures, so I decided to start my own group. Here are some vintage photos and post cards I have put together with help from my friend Mary Ann Tharp. Mary Ann grew up and has lived most of her life in Bloomington. We found we both liked Bloomington now and then. Do if you like our photos? Do you have any good pictures you would like to add or exchange?
