16 Jan 08 - Field photographers needed! All you have to do, basically, is go out to bars and have a camera in tow (cell phone cameras count). Drink up and if you're lucky, the magical dancing sprite will appear. Grab a pic and you're in, baby!

About The Official League of Crazy Dancing Man Photographers (OLCDMP)

In and around the sleepy college town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, a small circle of friends began noticing the wild antics of a fellow citizen.

The Crazy Dancing Man makes his presence known at various establishments throughout town by roaring onto the dance floor with such vigor and gusto that some bystanders have been known to wonder if he was, in fact, having a seizure.

He never makes eye contact, and has never been seen drinking while dancing. No words are spoken. Upon reaching exhaustion, Crazy Dancing Man dances out of the door of whichever bar he is inhabiting at the time.

Through the boundless entertainment that he provides, Crazy Dancing Man has danced his way into our hearts. This group is an attempt to capture him in the glory of his natural habitat.
