You worked your tail off planning your nontraditional wedding, so now share the fruits of your labor with the world! We want to see your goth wedding dress, the rockabilly best men, the bright purple wedding cake, the skydiving ceremony — all of it!

When you add photos to this group, they'll appear on offbeatbride.com/gallery, the companion website for Ariel Meadow Stallings' book, Offbeat Bride: Taffeta-Free Alternatives for Independent Brides. When you add your photos to this pool, you're also submitting them to be featured as Offbeat Bride wedding porn posts.

NOTE: There have been a few cases where brides have submitted photos to the OBB pool and then been contacted by other wedding bloggers looking to feature the photos on their sites. No surprise: y'all are awesome!!

That said, I like to avoid stepping on the toes of other bloggers by duplicating photos/stories they've already featured, so please understand that if your wedding photos are featured on other wedding blogs, I may choose NOT to feature them on offbeatbride.com.

Of course you are 100% totally completely free to share your amazing wedding photos with whoever you like (they're YOUR photos!) but since there have been a few OBBs who were disappointed when I told them why I wasn't featuring them on the site, I figured it's better to let y'all know how my editorial thinking works.


HOW TO ADD YOUR PHOTOS TO THIS GROUP
1. Make sure you have a Flickr account. It's easy, and if you have a yahoo.com account, you're already signed up for Flickr.

2. Join the Offbeat Bride photo group by clicking the pink "join" button.

3. Upload your pictures to Flickr www.flickr.com/photos/upload/

4. Add your photos to the Offbeat Bride photo group

Tip: you can only add six pictures a day!

5. To help make the pool easier to browse and search, PLEASE use descriptive titles, captions, and tags on your photos!

If you're a brand new Flickr member, it may take a few days for your photos to appear on OffbeatBride.com and the OBT.
