About Occupy Dallas - 2011

Hundreds of anti-corporate protestors assemble in front of the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas, TX on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011 as part of national campaign inspired by the New York City Wall Street occupation which began in late September. The protestors decry corporate oppression, democratic obstruction, and erosion of civil rights, and seek to realign the democratic system of the United States. Identifying themselves as 'The 99%,' the protestors argue the government's current economic policies disregard the majority of Americans and favors the wealthiest 1%.
