How do you know if your photo qualifies? Ask yourself: when I see this photo, do I wince inside? Crass, soul-destroying exploitation is what we're after here.
So, Pepsi's campaign definitely counts. Small-scale acts of handicraft, like Obama logo cupcakes you make for your friends, probably don't count. For everything else, use your own judgment. A local coffee shop might be seen as non-corporate, but if they're selling some crappy "Obama blend" it qualifies in my view.
