About New Zealand Club Ski Fields (and smaller commercial fields)
Hello and Welcome,
This group is a repository for photos cataloging the various smaller-operation ski-fields throughout New Zealand. Club fields are defined as being financed and run by ski clubs, though I've extended the scope of the group to include other ski-fields such as Dobson, Lyford, Roundhill and Ohau, which to my knowledge comprise the smaller (or quieter) commercial fields.
For easy reference, it really helps if any submitted pictures name the field in the title or description. - Club fields can be an amazing experience - so please feel free to tell us of your experiences there in the description or on the discussion board of this group. - Thanks!
If any pictures are removed from the group it's due to them not complying with the following rules:
New Zealand Club Fields only - see end of message for list.
Ski field name needs to be included in the title. (geotagging welcome but not required)
No trail map pictures.
Images must be informative of the ski field showing things such as: The terrain, surrounding views, lifts, mountain features, the journey from the car park, staff, lodge, lodgings etc.
General skiing / boarding pictures and numerous people shots from a lodge that could be anywhere aren't required.
