About NYC After Dark

The streets are clear, the sidewalks are empty, a million lights open the way to a world concealed by the light of day.

This group was created to display the photos taken by members of the NYC After Dark meetup group on our outings. Membership is not restricted to members of this group, but anyone interested in night time photography in the NYC area is encouraged to join and participate in our get togethers.

Just a few gentle reminders:

- Only post photos that were taken at night, this doesn't include interiors or day for night techniques

- Photos should be taken within the 5 boros of New York City

- The theme is the city at night. Photos with human subjects are fine, but no close crops or photos with people as the sole area of interest.

- Please don't post photos containing full frontal nudity or sexually explicit themes
