National Wildlife magazine is published bimonthly by the National Wildlife Federation (NWF), a nonprofit conservation group inspiring Americans to protect wildlife for our children’s future. The magazine features award-winning photography, unique wildlife stories and practical tips for enjoying and protecting nature in everyday life.

Photo of the Day Series

We want to feature your striking photos of wildlife and wild places in the Photo of the Day series on NWF's blog! Just add the tag "PhotoOfTheDay-NWF12" to any photos you'd like to submit.

Enter your photos in the National Wildlife Photo Challenge!
We invite group members to enter photos illustrating a particular theme, our editors choose six finalists and then the public chooses the winner. Winners and finalists are featured on www.nwf.org/photozone and recognized on Flickr.

The theme and the tag you'll need to add to your photos will be posted here when a Photo Challenge is open to entries. You can learn more at www.nwf.org/photochallenge.
