if you consider to submit a photo to group, please, attend to the following first.
A good indicator to decide if your landscape photo may fit to the group would be to screen a landscape group of your choice. If you find some/many similar pics to your own there, your perspective might be not so new as you think.
If so, it does not mean your pic is scrap, it could be quite the contrary. However, "New perspectives on landscape photography" is possibly the wrong group to submit it.
