About Sometimes A Cigar Is Not Just a Cigar

This is a group for pictures that remind you of something else entirely - as a Flickr Friend put it, a visual metaphor.

Have you every looked at something in the everyday world, - like a lemon, a pansy or a shar pei- and it immediately reminded you of something else, like a hedgehog, or Henry Kissinger? It's fun when you capture that moment in a photo. Lately, I've itched for a place to post these silly, transitory moments... and to see how others view their everyday world.
