About NOT HDR
Tired of the heinous "HDR" photos that have infiltrated just about every group on Flickr? Appalled at "HDR" images that have no dynamic tonal range at all? Sick of the haloed, muddy, and unrealistic images that have been tonemapped all to hell?
Then this group is for you.
Please add your photos which may look like realistic HDR, but in fact are not. Clever exposure blending, careful exposure, and artistic processing is what we are looking for here.
Again, your photos must have a good overall tonal range and have that HDR feel but must not be true HDR at all. Quality images only please. Images not meeting the rules or guidelines will be deleted without warning at the mods' discretion.
