This group is for amateur photographers (i.e. non-professionals) who are interested in offering their services for taking photos at weddings, events, etc.

Brides & grooms (or anyone else looking for a photographer): Look at the group map and see if there is someone near you that you that looks promising. Send them a FlickrMail to get in touch. Remember to be careful and cautions if you decide you want to meet them in person to discuss (e.g. meet in a public place, etc.). There is also a number of issues that you need to think about before you engage the services of an amateur rather than a professional photographer, so exercise caution and make sure you think things through.

Photographers: Add a photo to the group (either of yourself, or a shot from a wedding you have done before). Add this to the map to show where you are based so that potential "clients" can see where you are based. Note that I have limited the group to one photo per member so that the map doesn't get filled up with loads of photos from the same person.
