The bridge, parks and beaches of the region are especially beautiful and there are many yachting marinas and boat ramps as well as several lakes and volcanic craters, and even a smattering of culture.
That includes Devonport, Belmont, Takapuna, Milford, Northcote, Birkenhead, Chelsea, Birkdale, Beachhaven, Glenfield, Hillcrest, Sunnybrae, Albany, Greenhithe, North Harbour, Pine Hill, East Coast Bays including Campbells Bay, Mairangi Bay, Rothesay Bay, Browns Bay, Waiake, Torbay, Long Bay, and anywhere near these.
