About Northampton (MA) Camera Club

For members of the Northampton Camera Club to share and critique photos. Membership in the club (and the Flickr group) is open to anyone who lives in Northampton or the surrounding area of Western Massachusetts. All ages, types of camera, skill levels and interests are welcome. If you're interested in joining, click the "Request Invitation" box on the right side of this page. In your request, be sure to give us your real name and e-mail address.

The club was started in February of 2010 and meets monthly. For some meetings, we have an assignment of photos to upload to the group pool and share. We are planning for our 2012 activities, including speakers, demonstrations, and group photo shoots in the area. Feel free to post your assignment photos, as well as any others you'd like to share for feedback from members, in this pool.

Please tag photos that you add to this Flickr group with the following tags:
NorthamptonCC (no space between Northampton and CC)
Your screen name
Assignment__ (i.e Assignment1, if applicable -- no space before the number)
... but do put a space between each of your tags when you enter them.

Other local Flickr groups with lots of members and posting activity:

And there also groups for some of the individual hilltowns, but they don't seem to have many members or photos in the pools as yet.
