1) This is primarily a CIDER Group.
In this group and everywhere else outside the US, Cider means fermented apple juice. If you post pictures of pressing just make sure you ferment that juice.

Please provide locations, web address and other contact info. I'd prefer we keep this mostly about ciders made in North America.
