This group was created for all compact camera users who want to show off their most favourite/beautiful picture(s) without feeling they have to compete with kick-ass camera/lens owners.

I understand there are loads of SLR users on Flickr and I am genuinely thinking of buying one myself...but until the day I spend loads of money on Amazon I will have to use my good old compact. I guess that sometimes it's really hard to compare pictures shot with compact vs. SLR - that's why I thought it'd be only fair to have a group for non-slr users.

RULES

1) this is a group for non SLR users, so please don't post anything shot with digital or film SLR. you will be deleted if you do so,

2) your picture has to have 2+ favourites or have 100+ views or you have to think the picture is REALLY REALLY GOOD :-). this group is meant to be a collection of your finest, not a group breathing boredom, lack of fantasy and bad amateurism,

3) maximum post is one picture a day,

4) please, comment on at least 2 pictures posted before you. this means - 2 pictures on the right from yours and not random 2 pictures in the group! critics and constructive comments are very welcome,

5) basic editing and fun pictures created using PS are allowed, but it must be clear that there was a compact camera involved while creating it,
