When posting to the group could you please add a little bit of info to explain how the photo 'showcases' your hometown, especially when it's not immediately obvious. One of the purposes of this group is to learn a little about the places we all live, and there are currently a lot of photos which don't actually help us do that. Thanks.

About No Place Like Home - showcase your hometown.

This is a place for people to share the city or town (or village or hamlet) in which they were born, or the place they grew up, or the place they have settled.

Share with us those snippets of history that are little-known; write about, and capture in images, the quirks and idiosyncrasies that make your hometown unique.
