01 Jul 07 - The signs here should be local signs. Personally corporate signs are boring and, quite honestly not very creative. Too much "feed back group controlled". Give me a sign that has character and reflects the preferences of the owner and his/her customers. A corporate sign is not forbidden, but if it is boring, bye - bye.

About New Mexico SignsCommercial signs are fast disappearing from the city scape. New regulations to "protect us" are being promulagated by kindly politicians and lawyers with too much time on their hands. I am trying to collect as many as possible from around the state. Another group is trying to collect signs from Albuquerque and area. Please consider posting you NM Signs here. Must be commercial signs, but can be from governmental agencies. No protests, statements of personal philosphy, hand-lettered signs, yard sales, etc. If in doubt post, but I may remove them. |
