You're certainly welcome to add comments here any time you wish. For comments about a specific photo, please click on it and add your comments in the photostream.

The Bistro members will be delighted to receive your feedback.

Reviewing "Photos Du Jour" Criteria --

Your humble group admin is solely responsible for selecting Photos Du Jour, usually two per day. As Bistro membership has increased, so has the quality and number of photos in the group's pool dramatically increased as well. My choices have recently become quite difficult, and I try my best to include a variety of photos that are representative of the best efforts of our Bistro members,

Simply stated, my criteria for a Photo Du Jour -- a very subjective, mini version of Flickr's Explore -- are:

1. A well-executed photo, with or without dependence on post-processing enhancement, that stands on its own as an outstanding photo.

2. Any example of well-done photojournalism or candid photography, or very personal photographic treatments of very personal moments that convey the emotion of the moment.

3. The completely subjective factor that Flickr calls "interestingness" which translates to me into how well a photo communicates.

Although I select the Photos Du Jour and I'm very reluctant to choose one of my own, *Bundy* and RoosjeH wanted me to include this shot. Mark wrote an appropriate caption: SoCalBob shows us that sometimes it takes a Vintage Driver to handle a Vintage Car.



For a bit of context, this is the vintage beauty he's driving.
