About Friedrich Nietzsche - The Hyperborean wanderer
Friedrich Nietzsche was a great traveler most of his life, not only in his native Germany (Prussia at his time) but also in other European countries living his philosopher's life in France, Italy, Switzerland...
This group proposes to gather photographs of the precise places where Friedrich Nietzsche lived, worked, stayed or passed-by. Photographs of entire cities or villages will not be accepted. The photographs should be of the place only (they are not intended to be photographies of people in front of the site), and shall be aesthetically pleasing (avoiding cars parked in front of the houses for instance).
The group is particularly interested in photographies of Nietzsche and relative's living places in Röcken, Pforta, Naumburg, Weimar, Bayreuth, Jena, Bonn, Basel, Marienbad, Lucerne, Leipzig, Tautenburg, Munich, Sils-Maria, Eze, Nice, Rapallo, Genoa, La Spezia, Turin, Florence, Venice, Naples, Rome, Sorrento and other less documented places.
The photographies on this group will be as well documented as possible and excepts of the source shall be mentioned (biography, book, internet, etc...). In addition, the photographs shall be properly titled, tagged and geo-tagged.
