Photos of your favorite (preferably) hand-made, original, one-of-a-kind, unique, artistic, beautiful packaging, and / or related subject matter. If it is wrapped up, packaged, trimmed, or otherwise festooned with splendor; or if you’ve created something or received something that was “just too pretty to unwrap,” then you’ve come to the right place to share those pictures. I simply adore clever packaging!
Content ideas would include but not be limited to: greeting cards, gift tags, wrapping paper, tissue paper, hang tags, bows, ribbon, gift adornments and ornaments, business cards (if they fit in with the packaging or are especially wonderful), interesting shipping materials and fillers, boxes and cartons, labels, mail art, and of course theme-wrapped gifts, and more…
There aren’t many “guidelines” for acceptable images for posting yet, as this is my first group. The only things that come to mind is:
1)Please no vulgar and / or explicit nudity, (regardless of what the title might imply) this is not the place to share photos of your “package.” I’m sure there are other Flickr groups for such things.
2)If you have a question about the content of your photo always feel free to drop me a quick note about it.
3)Invite as many people as you’d like, and enjoy!
