About News in Lego

Following the interest in the gallery we created with Flickr members of the 2011 news year as seen in Lego, we thought it'd be fun to set up this group to share more Lego takes on news events.

This is the place for your MOCs (My Own Creations) of news events - from entertainment and sport to world news events. We're looking for creations that are sensitively done, which you can share more on why you decided to make it.

It's just for fun on Flickr at the moment but more info on what reuses of these images we might make are below.

We may feature some of our favourite portfolios and pictures from the group on guardian.co.uk and maybe in other formats, e.g. our newspapers. By posting your pictures here you a) acknowledge that you have created the pictures or have permission to do so; and b) grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, free licence to publish your pictures as described. Copyright resides with you and you may reuse your pictures however you wish. You will be credited and paid if we make other uses of your pictures.
