New Mexico Photos by New Mexico Photographers.

This group is dedicated to the many New Mexico Photographers that take photos of New Mexico. Please use restraint and edit your photos. No real rules but, for most of us (and even successful professionals), we are lucky if we have 5% of out exposures worth showing to even our closest friends. So excercise some judicious decision making and post your best shots of New Mexico. No family and friends, no bar scenes, no family, no parties, no out of focus, etc. It seems we need some more guidelines to keep this group interesting and different from all other groups. Let us try to focus on the spirit of New Mexico, those images that makes this state unique and amazing. I know the people are amazing and worthy of promotion, but then every state in which I have lived can ligitimately make that claim. So, before posting, think about whether you wish that photo to represent the essence of New Mexico. It might include people, the unique aspects of our people and their strength and character.

I have had to add one rule: NO NUDITY. The first posting of a nude photograph will be deleted. The second will be removal from the group. I am sorry I had to go here, but some people push the limits.
