Requirements:
1. Please - only photos not images or graphics
2. MUST be "obvious" that this is a photo of New Year's celebrations
3. Please only submit "quality" photos where lighting & focus are good
4. Take a look at the other photos in the pool to see the sort of photos being posted
5. Please do not be offended if you're photo is not accepted ... it's probably a great photo but just doesn't quite fit what we had in mind. =)
