The Guardian on Flickr (a group admin) says:
08 Jun 11 - We'll feature some of our favourite portfolios and pictures from the group on guardian.co.uk and maybe in other formats, e.g. our newspapers. By posting your pictures here you a) acknowledge that you have created the pictures or have permission to do so; and b) grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, free licence to publish your pictures as described. Copyright resides with you and you may reuse your pictures however you wish. You will be credited and paid if we make other uses of your pictures.
About New Europe
This group was set up as part of our month-long New Europe season.
We had a lot of response to David Levene's images of Warsaw including a message from a Warsaw-based photographer who wanted to show a different side to the city.
This group is for your perspectives on Poland and its capital. What is important to you? If you've visited, what stuck in your memory? Or if you live there, what are its best kept secrets?
The New Europe series has now ended, but we're keeping the group open for a while longer and here's how you can get involved:
1. Take a picture (mobile is fine)
2. Add it to the group
3. Tell us who you are, where you’re from and what your image means to you
If you have any problems, or aren't a Flickr user, please email it to laura.oliver [at] guardian.co.uk and we'll add it to the group for you. Please tell us a bit about yourself and your picture in your email.
By posting your pictures in this group, or sending it to us in response to this request, you agree to let us use it on our site and potentially in the newspaper (though copyright remains with you at all times, and you will be credited).
