About Neo Classic Space
This group is for photos of new LEGO models designed to mimic the colours and styles of the original Legoland Space ("Classic Space") line-up from 1979, but using new parts and building techniques.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• Three (3) photos per day, per person.
• Three (3) photos maximum of the same model (extras will be removed).
• Completed MOCs only (WIPs will be removed).
• Photo quality is important, please try to take clear, in focus, photos on a neutral background. If necessary use a graphics/photo editor to adjust brightness and contrast and to crop the image.
• "Box Art" photos are optional.
• The "30 Years" logo is not necessary for models made outside of the March 2009 celebration.
• Please try to adhere to the "Neo Classic Space" building guidelines. Although we are somewhat flexible, we will remove your model if it clearly flouts the conventions of a Classic Space model
• Bley is allowed if you really can't do old grey. Be careful about mixing those shades, though.
• The later white and trans-blue colour scheme is accepted.
• Whatever colour-scheme you use, your model should definitely look like it was inspired by the Classic Space theme and not be a random blue or white spaceship.
