About Negative Talent

Negative Talent is designed to promote the craft of traditional photography, whether it be film, slides, glass plate, polaroid, cyanotypes …….you get the point. In a nut shell, if chemistry, total darkness, or a mad scientist persona is needed to produce your image, then that is the weird and freaky stuff we are interested in.

Negative Talent’s goal is to provide a showcase of new talent using traditional methods of photography, create a community of like minded folks, and provide a wealth of knowledge about the fine art of film based photography.
