The Nature of Puget Sound (Please read description!) |

28 Apr 09 - Hello everyone! I was away from Flickr for a while, but now I'm back...
Please remember that this group is for photos of wild plants and animals living in the intertidal zones as well as actually in the Sound itself. I also am including the natural areas in a vague area I think of as "walking distance from Puget Sound". Photos of Puget Sound are also allowed.
Thanks for understanding.

About The Nature of Puget Sound (Please read description!)This group is a place to put photos of any kind of seashore life that is found within the confines of the Greater Puget Sound area. Puget Sound is the area that lies between the Olympic Mountains and the Cascade Mountains. It may be entered from the north via the channel between Port Townsend and Whidbey Island, through Deception Pass (between Whidbey and Fidalgo Islands), or through the Swinomish Slough (which separates Fidalgo Island from the mainland. I am also including the San Juan Archipelago, including Rosario Strait and Haro Strait. |
