"Normal" triptychs don't count, as they are a composite of three photos and that's not what this is about.

About Natural TriptychsFor me, a triptych is a collection of three images (ideally 25:50:25 wide) where the central image is the main messsage and powerful enough to stand on its own, while the outer two sections should be supporting the central motif but without necessarily being "valid" on their own. |
