About Natural Lightness of Being - NO PORTRAITS, NO UNNATURAL COLOURS
Light is the essence of the photograph.......... it's soul. This group is about seeking light events in NATURE that create exceptional photographs - it's about the search for that elusive light that when captured creates an unforgettable image.
NO PORTRAITS or PEOPLE
Please submit HIGH QUALITY images to the group - snapshots, images without some thought to composition and artistic merit will not be accepted.
This group is about NATURAL light. Firelight, candlelight, flash, ambient light are NOT accepted here.
Accepted images are monochrome, black and white, split toned, desaturated and muted colour palettes - some vibrant colours are acceptable when the light is truly magical - please do not alter colours so that they are unreal looking, they will not be accepted!!
This group is about exploring light in NATURE - Beautiful architectural shots with dramatic light events are accepted.
Please NOTE - images with people as the focus in them are not acceptable. This group is about capturing nature and some architectural images in dramatic natural light events.
If you persist in submitting photos with people in them as the focus, you will be banned!
Please look through the images in the group to see great illustrations of "light events".
Comments are encouraged but not obligatory - but please remember - this is not the dumping place.
Images MUST be of HIGH quality as determined by administrators. Please submit your BEST light photos - no dumping - I will be very picky about what's posted here because I want a high quality group!!
