I'm not always good at remembering the species or names of the various birds. If you know what is pictured I hope we're open to allowing each other to post that information in our comments. I have invited reps from the National Aviary to join our group. That way they can let us know when there are special events planned. I hope they enjoy our shots!

About National Aviary

According to Wikipedia, Pittsburgh's National Aviary is America's largest aviary, is the only indoor, independent, non-profit aviary AND is the only one accorded honorary "National" status by the United States Congress. Makes it pretty special, I think. So let's show everyone what it's all about!
