About Nikon N 8008 (N8008S / F801/ F801S)
This is a group for those of us who like film cameras and more specifically, the Nikon N 8008 series and its European equivalent, the F801 series.
The N8008/F801 beat the F4 to market by some months and during the interim it was the most advanced NIkon, whetting the appetites of pro users waiting for the F3 replacement.
Indeed, when it finally landed in the stores the F4 had many of the functions first introduced in the N8008/F801. The N 8008 remains in use to this day, renowned for its durability and ability to take quality photographs.
