About my wilderness weekend

Tell us in six words why you love wilderness.

We’re declaring it an official my wilderness weekend. Join us!

Take friends and family out for a wilderness adventure and then share it. It’s simple:

1. Make a sign that says why you love your wilderness in six words.
2. Snap a photo of you holding your sign in your favorite wild place this weekend.
3. Click "Join this group" at the top of this page. Once you've joined the group, navigate to the image you'd like to add from your Flickr account.
4. Click "Actions" and select "Add to a group" from the list of options. Select "my wilderness weekend" and click the "Done" button.

We’ll compile your photos into a slideshow that we’ll share with the my wilderness community!

Rules

You retain ownership and full rights to all images submitted, but grant us the right to use your images with credit in support of The Wilderness Society's mission.
