About My Climate Choices

Global warming is a worldwide phenomenon, but its impact is felt locally, in the places where we live. The very character of the Northeast is at stake—from our brilliant fall foliage to sandy beaches to snowy winters. The choices we make today will determine our children's and grandchildren's quality of life.

We want to hear YOUR story, so join My Climate Choices today.

Then, tell us what in the you want to protect from the effects of global warming in the Northeast. Just upload an image, add a description of where the image was taken, tell us what it means to you, and why it will either be affected by global warming or help reduce global warming.

Perhaps you're already making choices in your everyday life that will reduce the impact of global warming. Upload images of those as well, with descriptions of what you're doing and how it helps reduce global warming pollution.

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO ADD A PICTURE

Once you have uploaded your image to your flickr account, you can add it to the My Climate Choices group one at a time by clicking on the image, and then clicking on the "send to group" icon above the picture. Or you can add multiple pictures at once by clicking "Organize" at the top of your screen. If you click on the "Groups" tab, select My Climate Choices and then drag and drop the pictures into the group.
