05 Mar 09 - The only rule is that the image must start with a photo. All other tools and tricks are valid if they work to bring your artistic expression to life! Keep a good high-res version of the picture in an archive in case we want to publish them somewhere else. Also, keep all off the failed ideas and various versions of the final image. It may be cool to go back and use them for some type of "evolution" series showing how you arrived at your final image.
