About Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge
This is an unofficial group for people to show off all of the great things that the refuge has to offer.
One of the great things about the Twin Cities is that we have this fantastic refuge available to us. It stretches from the airport all the way down through Carver MN. There are visitor centers at both ends and most of the properties have trails for hiking.
There are a large number of programs that take place in the refuge, many of which are led by volunteers. A calendar of events can be found at www.fws.gov/midwest/minnesotavalley/calendar
