About MuslimMatters.org: Showcase Your Talent For Islamic Art

MuslimMatters.org is an award-winning site that began in 2007 as a collaboration between various bloggers and Islamic scholars. We aim to bring attention to the pressing issues faced by Muslims, especially in the West.

We are now looking to diversify our content by featuring Islamic Art that stimulates the mind, body - and most importantly - the soul.

Each week our staff will select their favourite submissions from the group pool, and feature them on the site, with full acknowledgement of the contributing artists. Both photographs and illustrations are welcome.

Selected images will be published on MuslimMatters.org every Saturday, insha'Allah, with the weekly cut-off point for submission being Friday evening, 11pm GMT. Images submitted after this time will be considered for publishing the following week, insha'Allah.

Only one image per member, per week is allowed - so make it a good one! :)
