Murketing is a Flickr group about consumer culture, defined as broadly as possible.

From time to time, interesting images from this group will be featured on www.murketing.com/journal.

Suitable subjects include: Anything related to advertising, branding, products, retail signage, images of or within stores, beautiful old ads, defaced ads, brand-referencing street art, billboards, mannequins, toys, people lining up to buy things, products you like, products you hate, products you made, the detritus of consumer culture (that is: trash), people in movie or videogame costumes, and so on and so forth.

Disclosed: This group and the Murketing site are creations of Rob Walker, "Consumed" columnist for the New York Times Magazine. That's me.
