Have you made a mug rug before? Have you wanted to make a mug rug, but just haven't found the right inspiration to just do it? Mug rugs can be made in many different sizes and shapes. They are quick little projects that can add a touch of beauty to your daily life. Mug Rugs are great to put your favorite cup of coffee or tea on to share with a sweet little treat! THIS SWAP WILL BE A SECRET SWAP.. YOU WILL KNOW WHO YOU ARE SENDING TO, BUT NOT WHO YOU ARE RECEIVING FROM.

PLEASE BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR FAVORITES, SO THAT YOUR PARTNER CAN SPY ON YOU A LITTLE EASIER!! ALSO BE SURE THAT YOUR FLICKR PROFILE IS UPDATED WITH CURRENT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LIKES, DISLIKES, BLOGGER INFORMATION, ETC...

Basic Rules for the Swap:
1. This is a secret swap..Feel free to snoop around on your partner's flickr favorites, their profile or even their blog to get to know them better..shhh..this is a secret swap! Don't let them know!!
2. Use Quilt Shop quality fabric only...(please do not use fabric from Joann's or another big box retailer)
3. Post hints with fabric choices for your partner within the flickr group...
4. Mail out your Mug Rug by October 31st! Be sure to use some time of delivery confirmation to track your package if possible.
5. Don’t feel pressured to include a lot of extra goodies. If you want to it is totally optional for you to do!
6. When you receive your swap, please email your partner to say thank you! She put a lot of time and thought into your mug rug!
7. Post a picture of your Mug Rug on the flickr group, or email me a picture and I will post it for you!
8. Most of all have fun!

There will be another swap with sign ups starting in April of 2012!!
