About Exploring Mount Pisgah (Oregon)

The Howard Buford Recreation Area is fondly referred to "Mount Pisgah" in honor of its tallest peak. This is a much-treasured nature area for folks in Eugene, Springfield, and other communities of the southern Willamette Valley of Oregon. Our goal is to let hikers, picnicers, birdwatchers, fungus-followers, and all other fans of Mount Pisgah share their photos of this beautiful place throughout the seasons!
