About Mountain Majesty

Geographically speaking, very little grabs our attention of awe such as mountains. Their majesty and splendor give us, as humans, a vivid perspective as to our place on this planet. Revered as home of the Gods by many cultures throughout history, mountains can leave us humbled in the face of our God. That, in their essence, is the purpose of this group. Your photos should express the feelings of their awesome power, our humility, and the feelings of peace and serenity we experience in their presence.

This group is not limited to just wide vistas. Life in the mountains of all creatures and nature can also be added as well as those things exclusive to mountainous areas; streams, rock formations, etc. Use your imagination and ask yourself if the subject fits.

Rules:

In the start up phase of this group, no limits will apply. However, as the group grows, their will be a limit of ten a day imposed.
Do not offend others or place offensive material in this group.
Stay within the subject of this group.
Though appreciated, comments or invitations are not required. Codes provided at the bottom of this page.

Note: Placing photos in the pool gives the admin permission to place that photo on the front page of the group for purpose of promotion of the group. The photo will not be used for any other reason. Photos placed in the pool of this group are solely the property of the photographer. The use of any photo in this group requires permission of the photographer.
