About MOTD 2009

MINI's On The Dragon is an annual event that takes place in the mountains
of North Carolina and known simply as The Dragon or Tail Of The Dragon.
The Dragon is a stretch of mountain highway like no other It has 318 curves in
just a little over 11 miles of extremely wooded and scenic two lane road
that borders the Smoky Mountain National Park.
The Dragon begins (or ends depending on how you look at it.) at Deals Gap
in North Carolina and runs up to Tennessee on highway 129.
The focal meeting area is the Fontana Village Resort near Fontana Dam, NC.

If you are attending this years MOTD and would like to share your pictures
with the world then this is the place to upload them.
If you have pictures of any of the previous MOTD events there are three other groups
that you may be interested in.

We hope you will share your experience with us here by adding any pictures
you may have of this years MOTD.

The pictures may include people, places and especially MINI's of all shapes, sizes
and colors, we only ask that they would have been taken at this event.
