About Inspector Morse’s Oxford
The purpose of this group is for all photographers fond both of the city of Oxford and its surroundings, and of Colin Dexter's Inspector Morse novels, to show all the places, both famous and mundane, historical and not, that appear in the novels and/or in the TV episodes as being the haunts of our favorite Chief Inspector.
Whenever you post a picture, please include a caption explaining what is shown in the frame, how it relates to Morse's imaginary life, and any additional details as may be of interest to Morse fans.
Last but definitely not least, let's try our best to keep this pool of the best photographic quality. Please avoid basic snapshots when at all possible.
